We have a brand new beautiful metal roof! Now before you judge my color choices, please note that the plan is to repaint the cedar siding in Hale Navy by Benjamin Moore and trim the windows in white. Eventually the drooping deck will he replaced with a brand new structure in a dark walnut stain and the combo will be beautiful.

Before we started we had a roof that has never been replaced (22 years old) with missing shingles. The gutters were growing some small trees and although we had no leaks we knew a new roof needed to be a priority..

We worked with Mike at weather tamer in Gray, TN and it was a great experience. They removed the old shingles at our request.

We chose the color burnished slate with a crinkle finish. I love how it turned out.

The white gutters and flashing will make sense when the house is repainted.

In other news… we are working on a private driveway.

There has been incredible grade work going on and we hope to have gravel added soon.
